It’s just all around a good company to work for. I’ve been in other industries and I would never leave Home Depot, because I love the working environment. Here they treat you like family. They want you to do your job fast. They want you to do your job effectively, but they also want you to have fun when you do your job. The key word in that title is general, so wherever your business needs you, that’s where we’re going to shift you. Our main focus is getting product in front of customers quickly.
